I am a licensed practitioner in the field of mental health and addiction treatment.  We offer a number of services that include anger resolution, individual, couples and marital therapy, burnout prevention and various issues of a spiritual nature.  Other issues we work with for example include caring for self-injurious behaviors and borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety and panic disorders.  Group therapy is offered whenever the participants are sufficient in number to make this service available.

If you believe in God, why wouldn't you include a perspective that includes your faith and a faith-based counselor.

Payment is primarily through private pay.  Some insurance companies may be used including out-of-network benefit plans.  There are in many cases an advantage in making arrangements with private pay.  These benefits include flexibility and control over the duration and number of sessions a person can receive within a certain period of time.  Other benefits of a fee-for-service system include cost effectiveness with no paper trail when making claims through your insurance company that may lower the level and control of confidential records.  Please discuss  these options with your therapist.

Rates are $125 per 55 minute hour.  A sliding fee scale is available that can be discussed with your therapist at any time.  Payment is required at the time of services rendered unless arrangements are previously made.

You may also use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) depending the specifics of your individual plan.
